Prepares the skin for absorbing moisturizer. Directions for use: Shake the bottle thoroughly and soak a cotton pad with the fluid. Wipe eyes and lips well and repeat until the cotton pad remains clean. It is recommended to remove contact lenses prior to using the makeup remover. Rinse with water as needed.
